Terms and conditions of the booking system

The aim of our booking system is to make the bookings simple and pleasant experience for everyone who wants to enjoy our services.

Using our reservation system will allow you to book classes and cancel your bookings. It is possible to join the class without the booking but we can't promise there will be a spot for you.

Important - you can't use the reservation system without registration

Reservation system works with credits, special class passes and MultiSport and ActivePass entries. Unless you use credits or class pass you can book only two classes at a time. You will be informed via email about every activity of your client account.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Please read the Operating Rules and Class Booking Terms and Conditions before registering. By registering to our system you agree with Operating Rules and with respecting it.

In case of breaking the Operating Rules we have reserve the privilege to cancel your registration.

Registration Process

Basic registration is done on the booking system web.

On the booking system web you sign in (“Přihlášení” - upper right corner) and after opening the window you click the blue text “Registrovat” (to register). After filling in all the mandatory fields and saving the data you'll receive the submitting email. You should open the link to submit the registration. Doing this the registration process is complete.

Class Booking Terms and Conditions

Only registered client can book class. One registered client can book up to 3 spots.

In very special cases e.g. when you have no access to internet, it is possible to book a class via sms or by calling or sending an email to the reception of the studio you'd like to book a class in. We can't assure you your request will be processed on time but we'll do our best.

Class Booking Process

• sign in to our booking system
• choose a class in the calendar
• move the cursor over the class - no need to click on it - and the option to book (“rezervovat”) will appear on the screen, click on that “rezervovat” button
• the screen “nastavení čerpání” will be the next where you pick up an option to use for payment - pick the option you wish to use

• you'll be informed immediately in the upper right corner that your reservation was either successful or not - in that case you'll also see the reason why not
• after successful booking the desired class will show “R” that means you have the reservation and you will also receive an email with the information about the class/workshop/course you booked
• in special cases upon agreement you can book a class at the reception

Booking Cancelling Terms and Conditions

The booking can be cancelled only by the registered client who created it. If you cancel the class at least 4 hours before the start, in case of morning classes (7-9 AM during work days, 7-9:30 AM during weekends) at least 10 hours before the start of the class, you won't get charged the fee. In special case when you don't have an option to cancel the class online you can ask our receptionist to cancel via sms or phone call or email, please keep in mind that you have to use the email/phone number of the studio you wish to cancel the class at. Using this method we can't assure you your request will be processed on time but we'll do our best. Thank you for your understanding.

How to Cancel the Booking

• sign in to the booking system
• move the cursor over the booked class - no need to click on it - and the option to cancel (“zrušit rezervaci”) will appear on the screen, click on that “zrušit rezervaci” button
• you'll be informed immediately in the upper right corner that your reservation was either successfully cancelled or not - “penalizace” will show up on the screen if the booking was cancelled less than 4 hours, or 10 hours in case of the morning class, before the start of the class. “Penalizace” means the fee for late cancel - see Penalty Terms and Conditions
• if the booking cancellation was successful the “R” will disappear from the class and you will also receive an email with the information about cancellation
• if the cancellation was done in time the charged credit will be immediately back on your account
• the whole class might get cancelled in case there are less than 3 people who booked it. In such a case you'll get the credit immediately back and you'll receive an email and sms with the information about the cancellation

Penalty Terms and Conditions

At the moment you cancel your booking late (less than 4 hours or 10 hours in case of morning classes - 7-9 AM Mon-Fri or 7-9:30 during weekends, you will be charged the full price of the class.

Substitute Terms and Conditions

If the class you wish to join is full, you can book it as a substitute - that means if someone else will cancel the class you will get an email that you can book the class. If the spot is free more than 24 hours before the start of the class the system will book this class for you automatically and charge you the credit for the class.

Using Credit for Bookings - Terms and Conditions

Credit is charged up at the reception.

Minimum is 100 CZK and it's valid for 6 months.

If you wish to prolong the validity of the credits you have to charge up a minimum 500 CZK to prolong the validity of all your credits for another 6 months.

Using MultiSport Card - Terms and Conditions

You can use the MultiSport card for every open class in all our studios which the booking system will allow you to book. Some classes are allowed for MultiSport users to book only less than 4 hours before the start of the class if there is a free spot. You can't use a MultiSport card to join courses or workshops.

Late cancel: if the client cancels the class late (less than 4 hours before the start of the class or 10 hours in case of morning classes - 7-9 AM Mon-Fri or 7-9:30 during weekends), he'll be charged 100 credits that he will have to pay in CZK. If the debt is more than 300 credits (that means 3 late cancels) client won't be allowed to book a class until the whole debt is paid.

Important: you have to cancel the morning classes more than 10 hours before the class starts, that means to do it in the evening before the class.

It is not possible to pay in our studios by credit cards, cheques, meal tickets or sports vouchers.

Terms of the contract are valid as worded above since 24th of May 2018
