At first it seems the only difference between Hatha Yoga and Hot Yoga is one detail - the temperature., As the name suggest, it’s practiced in the room heated up to 38-41 °C and higher humidity. If you are and athlete who likes some challenge and you find the “normal” yoga too static and ease you will soon find out how important this detail is. It doesn’t mean you should hit the bottom of your abilities. Increased temperature intensifies the practice and deepens it’s effects. Veins widen, muscles relax and let the body to be stretched to it’s maximum without muscle injury or spasm. Intense sweating helps with internal organs detox. Flexibility endurance and resistance develop quickly with the practice.
Lymphatic system is cleansed, endocrine glands are stimulated, lungs capacity increases, heart function improves and mind calms down.
The sequence depends on the style and concept of the teacher.
Beware of dehydration
Whatever you decide to practice in hot environment don’t forget to stay well hydrated during 24 hours before. Intense sweating can cause dehydration. If you haven’t drunk water properly rather skip the class.
Contraindication
Those with cardiovascular issues, chronic illness, mental instability, pregnant women during first trimester and students younger 15 years of age should avoid this class. Class is physically challenging so please skip the class if you don’t feel well.
Beginner Hot Yoga
What you can expect
Beginners Hot Yoga is calm paced class with simple asanas, shorter holds and each student does practice according to his needs and abilities. Practice is gentle stretching with breathing techniques. It’s important you gradually get used to the heat, that you enjoy the practice with joy, not just “survive” the class. Each class ends with relaxation.
Who should take this class
The class is designed for newbies. Students who are doubt their fitness level and wonder if they will make it – yes you will! Each student does the practice according to his needs and abilities and you can take a break - whenever you feel the need you lay down or even leave the room for some time. It’s important to inform the instructor in case of some health issues.

What you can expect
Class is easy and simple, calm and slow paced. We begin with relaxation and warm-up exercise, we continue with simple stretching asana focused on breath, correct execution and saccroding to abilities some hold in positions. We incorporate short breaks to calm down when the asana subsides and it’s effect increase. Each class ends with longer relaxation.
Who should take the class
This class is suitable almost for everyone regardless of age and fitness. You should tolerate well the movement in the heat. Each student does the practice according to his abilities. It’s important to inform the instructor in case of some health issues.

This class is more dynamic and more challenging class thank traditional yoga classes. Nevertheless if you feel comfortable moving in heated room and physical effort it helps to get rid of the pain faster and quickly improves your fitness level.
Who should take this class
This class is suitable almost for everyone regardless of age and fitness. We can’t stress enough that each student should practice according to his needs and abilities. It’s a blunder trying to overcome your limits and try too hard. Listen to your body and considerate it’s needs and limits. The classe in our studio are led by various teachers, find out what style and pace you prefer. It’s a must to inform the instructor in case of some health issues.
