Applying for a MultiSport card

The Multisport card can be used for all open lessons in all halls and studios, for which the booking system allows you to do so. The card cannot be used for special classes, courses, workshops, massages and other services.

MultiSport card holders are guaranteed a minimum of 50% of the total lesson capacity.

We accept Multisport student cards only on weekdays from 8:00-15:00 for all lessons with a price up to 190 CZK.

Booking the first lesson

If you are coming to us for the first time, you need to book a lesson as a regular client from credits, the booking system will let you in for the first booking without a subscription fee. When you arrive for that first lesson, the receptionist will set up your account for a MultiSport client and refund the credits. The MultiSport card is not set up by the client, this is only done by the reception after the client's identity has been verified.

Cancellation

There is no restriction or charge for cancelling a booking outside the penalty zone of a lesson and the client can make another booking for the same day.

If a booking is cancelled within the penalty zone (either before the lesson or by the reception during the lesson when the client does not attend the lesson), 100 credits will be deducted from the client's account and must be paid. If the client owes 100 credits or more (which is 1 late cancelled or missed lesson), the MultiSport card will no longer be able to be booked until the debt is paid. We therefore recommend that you check out on time. If the client refuses to pay the debt when attending the next booked lesson, we reserve the right to exclude them from the lesson already booked.

Therefore, we recommend that Multisport clients deposit credits (e.g. 200,-CZK), just in case a penalty has to be paid.

Penalty zone

For each lesson there is a penalty zone in which it is no longer possible to cancel the lesson without minus credits. Usually it is 4 hours before the lesson starts, but for morning lessons starting from about 6 - 9 am the penalty zone is 10 hours - so it is necessary to check out in the evening.

Important notice

The contract that the client entered into with Multisport when taking out the Multisport card, as well as our contract with Multisport, does not allow (outright prohibit) taking additional charges for more expensive lessons and activities than those mentioned above. This condition applies generally to all sports venues.
