Use of the Multisport card

the card can be used for all open classes in all studios that the booking system allows you to book. The card cannot be used for any courses or workshops, or for massages and other services.

MultiSport clients can enter classes with a price of up to 180,-CZK inclusive. Lessons from 181,-CZK can be paid only in the form of credits or cash. MultiSport cardholders are guaranteed at least 50% of the total lesson capacity.

Student Multisport cards are accepted only on weekdays from 8:00-15:00 for all lessons.

Penalty zone and checking out of lessons: If the debt is greater than 100 credits (which is 1 late cancelled lesson), it will no longer be possible to book onto the MultiSport card until the full debt has been paid.

Important note: the penalty zone for morning lessons is 10 hours before the lesson, you must take this into account and check out of lessons the night before.

Booking the first lesson

If you are coming to us for the first time, you need to book a lesson as a regular client from credits, the booking system will let you in for your first booking without a subscription. When you arrive for that first lesson, the receptionist will set up your account for a MultiSport client and refund the credits. Again, the above conditions for higher priced lessons apply.

Cancellation of your reservation

If a booking is cancelled in the penalty zone (either by the client before the lesson or by reception during the lesson when they do not turn up), 100 credits will be deducted from the client's account and must be paid. If the debt is greater than 100 credits (which is 1 late cancellation or missed lesson), it will no longer be possible to book onto the MultiSport card until the debt is paid. We therefore recommend that you check out on time:-). In case the client refuses to pay the debt when attending the booked lesson, we reserve the right to exclude him/her from the already booked lesson.

Penalization zone

For each lesson there is a penalty zone in which it is no longer possible to cancel the lesson without penalty credits. Usually it is 4 hours or less before the lesson starts, however for morning lessons starting from about 7-9am the penalty zone is 10 hours, you should take this into account and check out of lessons the night before.

The card cannot be used for any classes, seminars or workshops, nor can it be used for exercises outside the studio building or for massages!
