How to get to us

METRO C - red subway line, stop Chodov, exit „Poliklinika“, you can either pass the bus stop or you can walk through the mall OC Chodov in direction of Česká pojišťovna or Billa. The entrance is in the archway at Hráského street, upstairs - the stairs are right in front of the Billa supermarket.

BY CAR - You exit D1 at „OC Chodov“ exit, enter the roundabout and take the exit „Poliklinika“ and park there or the other exit to the mall OC Chodov and leave your car at the mall or in the parking house OC Chodov - that is the closest option. First 3 hours at the mall are free. It’s possible to park on the street Hráského but not during wok days, in weekend you may find a spot.

About studio

Our studio was established in quiet street of the busy district, on the first floor we'd renovated and rebuilt according to the needs of modern yoga studio. We have two spacious rooms - one for hot yoga and one for traditional classes.

Our teachers are well trained professionals teaching various styles and levels of yoga and other body-mind practices. We teach cca 25 Hot yoga classes and up to 70 Hatha, Power and other Yoga classes every week.

There are various courses, one day or weekend workshops and seminars, individual classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings and Teacher master classes approved by national regulations as well as by Yoga Alliance.

High quality non toxic mats with good grip and various yoga props are ready for you in our practice rooms. You can borrow the towel and mat for hot yoga (mats for other classes are in the price of the class fee).
