How to get to us

METRO B - yellow subway line, stop Anděl, exit „Na Knížecí“ and pass the turnstile and take the first exit to the right „Ženské domovy“. Cross the street on the lights and turn left, you will be on the Ostrovského street and we are the last door of that block, number 11/16.

About studio

Our studio is the oasis of peace in the hearth of our busy metropolis.

Our teachers are well trained professionals teaching various styles and levels of yoga and other body-mind practices. We teach cca 40 Hot yoga classes, 20 Aero Yoga classes and up to 100 Hatha, Power and other Yoga classes every week.

There are various courses, one day or weekend workshops and seminars, individual classes and Yoga Teacher Trainings and Teacher master classes approved by national regulations as well as by Yoga Alliance.

High quality non toxic mats with good grip and various yoga props are ready for you in our practice rooms. You can borrow the towel and mat for hot yoga (mats for other classes are in the price of the class fee).
