How do we practice

In this class you’ll be guided through simple and easy exercises in slow and calm pace. It starts with relaxation, warm-up exercises and comes to simple stretching asanas focusing on breath, correct technique and holds according to your own condition. Short breaks in between the positions allow you to calm down, let the asana subside and increase its effect. Every class finishes with relaxation.

Who is it for

This practice is suitable for almost everyone regardless of age or fitness level. This class is great alternative for beginners and senior clients. Every student practices according to his own condition. Should you have some problems related to your health it’s important that you inform the teacher in advance.

Gentle Yoga class is based on Hatha Yoga, it uses the simpler asanas and all the health benefits for the body with least effort. More information at Hatha Yoga..
