If I am pregnant, can I practice yoga and when?

We recommend yoga only from the beginning of second trimester of pregnancy, not before.

You can practice yoga till the end of pregnancy. Ultimately, the choice to practice depends on your condition. If you were used to a lot of regular yoga practice, you don’t need to stop totally, but to slow down. There are several classes of gravid yoga and also 3-hour workshops that give more information about how to safely practice yoga during this period. With that information, you may also attend different yoga classes and you will know how to better adjust exercises for yourself.
