Dům jógy - studio Hybernská

Right in the centre of Prague we've created a studio where you can come every day for yoga, pilates or barre and enjoy a moment of rest. Have a coffee, read a book, chat, or simply be. Dům jógy Hybernská is a place where you'll feel good. It's your home for movement and for stillness.

Whether you're coming for a class, a workshop, a coffee, or just to take a look around, the door is open at Hybernská 1033/7, Prague 1.

We're a few minutes away from the Náměstí Republiky metro station on line B, or from the Masarykovo nádraží tram stop. It's also an easy short walk from Hlavní nádraží (the main railway station). If you're coming by car, you can park in the nearby Palladium shopping centre or at Celnice Parking, just around the corner.

Somewhere for every mood

Classes run every day, from morning until evening. Come before work, during the day, after work or at the weekend. The schedule offers classes for beginners and for experienced practitioners alike.

If you need to fit movement into your working day, at Dům jógy Hybernská you can find a range of shorter lunchtime and express midday classes. Just slip out of the office for a while, stretch your back, get your body moving, and return to work with a clearer head!

Alongside yoga, hot yoga and therapeutic classes, we offer pilates, barre and yoga barre. You can also try dynamic Rocket yoga, Yoga Sculpt, 4Beat and Navakarana Vinyasa, as well as gentle yoga with live music, restorative yoga or yoga nidra.

The schedule also includes classes for seniors and students at a reduced rate, and the MultiSport card is accepted. Classes are taught in Czech and English, and some in Russian.

Somewhere you'll love being

At Hybernská we've put real care into the space itself. We've let the original features shine and complemented them with contemporary design and plenty of thoughtful details.

The large room for yoga, pilates and barre is equipped with a ballet barre and mirrors. The room for hot yoga and heated classes uses modern infrared panels that warm the whole room evenly and pleasantly. Both studios get plenty of natural light through the original windows.

Comfortable changing rooms, showers and toilets for women and men go without saying.

All the props and equipment you need for any class are available here, including mats for both classic and hot yoga, blocks in various sizes, overballs, rollers and weights for fitness classes, as well as bolsters and blankets for restorative and yin yoga.

Somewhere to stay a little longer

Studio Hybernská is much more than somewhere you drop in just to exercise. Here, you can settle into one of the nooks created for relaxing, have a speciality coffee or a fine herbal tea, and enjoy something savoury or sweet.

Hybernská is also a place for coming together. We regularly host workshops, XXL classes, creative sessions, brunches and other events that connect movement with activities that do the body and mind good.

We believe that these moments of sharing and time spent together matter just as much as the classes themselves, or a full studio.

We look forward to seeing you!
