Penalization zone – what is it and how it works

For each class there is a so-called “penalization zone” – a time when you pay 50% of the class price when you cancel your reservation for the class. For most of the classes, the penalization zone begins 4 hours before the class starts. For morning classes starting up until 9am, the penalization zone begins 10 hours before the class starts. If you cannot cancel your reservation online, it’s possible to contact our reception by phone, SMS or email to give you your credits back according to rules of the penalization zone. Therefore we ask you to reserve only the classes you intend to attend and cancel your reservation in time.

In case you don’t come to your reserved class, you will pay full price for the class.
